A good friend in real life, a fellow writer and member of MSVWA, has recently had her first short story published! And I’m going to gush because I’ve never had a chance too like this before and she is a fantastic writer.
Her story, Confirmation, is in the anthology Lilith Unbound, edited by Elaine Cunningham. Currently there is a contest to win a free copy over at Elaine Cuningham’s livejournal. She’s also been posting excerpts from the stories on her website, one a day until they run out, and so far a few of them have seemed really interesting. I haven’t ordered my copy yet, but as the PFD is coming in a few days so I will order it soon.
