In the early hours of last Thursday morning my dad passed. He died of esophageal cancer, and he would have been 67 in a month.
I struggled and fell behind on getting one post a week written while he was sick, and I can see that right now there is just no way I’ll be able to pull it together for awhile. So I’m turning my unofficial erratic posting into an official hiatus.
I hope that I’ll have gotten my shit together by the end of May in order to resume posting in June. Until then there’s livejournal for the gritty details of my life when I get the energy to post.
